About Our Cured Meats from Spain
We are a family-run business with over 50 years of experience in the Iberico cured meats and Spanish delicatessen sector. Our traditions and knowledge have been passed down from generation to generation.
We produce and cure our Iberico ham legs and cold meats in our own factory in Guijuelo, in the southeast of the province of Salamanca, Spain—the home of Iberian hams.
The cold, dry winters and the light, short summers of this area, which is almost a thousand meters above sea level, allow us to achieve excellently matured products.
About Our Restaurants in London
Our adventure in the United Kingdom began in the Strand, a major thoroughfare in the City of Westminster, Central London, in the summer of 2014. It was there that we delightfully discovered the world’s interest in authentic Spanish flavors.
Less than a year later, we decided to expand our offerings by complementing our Spanish cured meats and deli store with a restaurant service.
In less than three years, Casa Manolo Chelsea, Clapham Junction, and Putney High Street restaurants came to life.
About Our Online Store
We will never neglect our traditions because they are our foundation, but in 2019, we decided it was time to take a step further and enter the online world.
Following our passion for sharing the most authentic Spanish flavors with you, we launched our own e-commerce store in the United Kingdom in May 2019.
