About Our Cured Meats From Spain
We are a family run business with over 50 years experience in the sector of Iberico cured meats and Spanish delis. Traditions and knowledge that have been passed down from generation to generation.We produce and cure our Iberico Hams legs and cold meats in our own factory, in Guijuelo, in the south-east of the province of Salamanca, Spain. The home to Iberian Hams.
The cold and dry winters along with the light and short summers of the area that is almost a thousand metres high, allow us to achieve these excellent maturing products.
About Our Restaurants in London
Our adventure in the United Kingdom started in the Strand, a major thoroughfare in the City of Westminster, Central London, in the summer of 2014. It was there when we delightfully discovered the whole world’s interest for authentic Spanish flavours.
After less than a year, we decided to expand our offer complementing our Spanish cured meats and delis store with a restaurant service.
In less than three years, Casa Manolo Chelsea, Clapham Junction and Putney High Street restaurants came to live.
About Our Online Store
We are never going to neglect traditions because our foundation is based on them but we thought in 2019 was already time to get one step further and jump on the online world.
Following our passion for sharing our most authentic Spanish flavours with you, we decided to launch our own e-commerce store to the United Kingdom in May 2019.
