Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all parts of the United Kingdom mainland and Northern Ireland. 

When will my delivery be dispatched?

Our courier company works from 8am to 8pm on Monday to Friday and from 8am to 6pm on Saturdays – but not on bank holidays.

Your order will be dispatched in accordance with that schedule and it can take between 5 to 7 working days to reach you.

At the moment, we do not deliver on Sundays.

What are your delivery charges?

Orders £95.00 and up - Free delivery
Orders £50 to £95 - £9.30
Orders under £50 - £12.30

Any postage charges will automatically be calculated in the shopping basket.

What will happen if I miss my delivery? 

Our courier will always make sure to deliver your parcel in their first attempt but if you missed it, they would have two more goes in order to get your order to you. 

They will leave a calling card to let you know when will make their next attempt, which is usually the next working day.

What can I do if my order arrived with an issue?

We actively work to ensure you receive your goods in the best of condition and quality when it reaches you and this is one of the reason we use the one of the best postal service in the country at a premium rate to us.

If by any means the goods you received is damaged through transit, your statutory rights apply. You will need to get in touch through our contact page  on our website and send us a picture of the damage; then we will be in touch with you asap.
