The Beronia III A.C. Red Wine is a delightful offering from the Beronia winery in the Rioja region, with a composition of three grape varieties: Tempranillo (96%), Graciano (2%), and Mazuelo (2%).

This wine is crafted from a selection of our own vineyards, some of which boast over 70 years of history, along with the utilization of our pre-phylloxera vineyards.

The grapes undergo a cold pre-fermentation maceration for several days, followed by alcoholic fermentation below 26ºC with periodic pump-overs. The wine is then aged for 15 months in new French oak barrels.

Consumption

Serve at between 15º and 16ºC with red meat, Iberian cured meats or mature cheeses.
