Montado Verdejo Chardonnay

This wine boasts a golden colour with hints of green. On the nose, it offers a burst of floral, fennel, and freshly cut grass scents. It has an ABV of 12.5%.

Made with a blend of 50% Verdejo and 50% Chardonnay, it hails from Castilla La Mancha in central Spain, where high daytime temperatures and cool nights contribute to the perfect ripeness of the fruit while maintaining its freshness.

This wine pairs well with mature cheeses, fish, molluscs like mussels, or crustaceans such as lobster. It is best served chilled between 8º and 10ºC.
