Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all parts of the United Kingdom mainland. For deliveries outside of the UK Mainland please get in touch with us.
When will my delivery be dispatched?
Our courier company works from 8am to 8pm from Monday to Friday – but not on bank holidays or weekends.
Your order will be dispatched in accordance with that schedule and it can take between 2 to 3 working days to reach you.
What are your delivery charges?
Buy online and pick up in store at no extra cost. Ready within 24hours
Postage charges will automatically be calculated in the shopping basket.
Orders £45.00 and up - Free standard delivery
Orders under £45 - Standard delivery £9.30
24 hours to 1 day Express Delivery available within the London area. Depending on location deliveries start from £10.
Any locations not covered by our courier provider zones may incur in additional shipping fees.

What will happen if I miss my delivery?
Our courier will always make sure to deliver your parcel in their first attempt but if you missed it, they would have two more goes in order to get your order to you.
They will leave a calling card to let you know when will make their next attempt, which is usually the next working day.
What can I do if my order arrived with an issue?
We actively work to ensure you receive your goods in the best of condition and quality when it reaches you and this is one of the reason we use the best postal services in the country.
If by any means the goods you received are damaged through transit, your statutory rights apply.
You will need to get in touch through our contact page on our website and send us a picture of the damage, keep the original packaging in order to send everything back to us and then we will be in touch with you asap.
